Raising investment can feel complex, especially when you're navigating unfamiliar terminology, expectations and processes. Fusion gives you practical guidance on everything from valuation and cap tables to term sheets and investor conversations, helping you approach your raise with greater confidence.

Our Criteria
-
UK headquartered and operating in the UK businesses, within the space sector or space supply chain.

Raising, or preparing to raise, pre-seed or seed funding in rounds of up to £3m.

Have commercial traction and be close to investment-ready, with an intention to raise during or shortly after the programme.

Have started, or be ready to start, active conversations with investors.

SEIS or EIS registered, or eligible for SEIS/EIS, is preferred but not essential.

Must be joining the programme in good faith with the intention of fully engaging and working towards the programme outcomes.

Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Applications open 1st September - 27th September.

Step 2: Video Interview
If you are eligible, we will send you an invitation to book an interview. Interviews will take place between the 28th of September and 16th of October, so please book your slot as soon as possible.

Step 3: Panel Review Applications
Our panel will review all applications to decide cohort members.
Approx. 3 weeks after application deadline.

Step 4: You're In!
We’ll welcome you onboard with a two-week onboarding period before Boot Camp, getting you ready to make the most of the programme.

Funding & Costs

Fusion Connect with Capital helps prepare you to engage effectively with investors but cannot guarantee funding.

Fusion is fully funded by the UK Space Agency, so there is no cost to participate.
However, we do ask participants to fully engage in the programme.
Eligibility

Early-stage UK space ventures or supply chain companies with commercial proof of concept, seeking up to £3 million in seed or pre-seed funding, and registered in the UK.

Your business should have some commercial traction and be preparing to raise seed or pre-seed funding within the programme timeline.

It is preferred but not required to have SEIS or EIS registration.

Yes, as the programme is funded by the UK Space Agency and focused on ventures contributing to the UK space ecosystem, as well as having some compulsory in-person elements, this programme is only open to applicants based in the UK.
Programme Format

You’ll access expert coaching, investor connections, pitch practice, workshops and tailored feedback to help you complete your fundraising process and confidently engage with investors.

Fusion is a hybrid programme, combining online sessions with key in-person elements. Participants must be based in the UK and able to attend the required in-person sessions for the duration of the programme.
